How do I book Barefoot Bliss?

All bookings go through VRBO for real-time availability, secure payment, and full guest reviews. You can use the "Book on VRBO" button anywhere on this site.

Is there an age requirement?

Yes — the primary renter must be 25 or older.

Is the golf cart really included?

Yes. Six-passenger, street-legal, with helmets for the back row. Seaside town center, multiple beach accesses, and Publix are all easy rides — no need to move the car all week.

How far is the walk to the beach?

Greenwood Beach Access is a 7-minute walk from the front door — one of Walton County's largest public accesses, stretching 14+ blocks. Seagrove Beach East is 8 minutes; Seagrove Beach West is 17 minutes.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes — dogs are allowed with prior approval. Please mention your dogs when you book. There is a per-stay pet fee added at booking.

Is the pool heated?

Seasonal pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee. Ask about availability when you book.

Can we have an event or wedding at the house?

Family gatherings and reunions, absolutely. We don't allow weddings, commercial events, or parties with non-guests. Old Seagrove is a residential neighborhood.

Is the carriage house always available?

Yes — the carriage house is included with every booking. The two structures are not rentable separately.

Is there parking for multiple cars?

Yes — parking for up to 3 vehicles on-property. No street parking is available or permitted.

Are there security cameras?

Exterior only — a doorbell camera at the front entrance and a garage camera facing the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home.
