Barefoot Bliss sits a few blocks from the gulf in Old Seagrove — quieter than Seaside proper, closer to the sand. The screened lanai means you swim at dusk without the bugs. The street-legal golf cart means you don't move the car all week. Seaside town center, Publix, and three beach accesses are all a short ride away.
Inside: three king masters with ensuite baths, a queen bedroom, a cook's kitchen with a 36" induction range, wine fridge, and Vitamix, and Roku 4K in every room. The detached carriage house has plenty of bunks, its own kitchenette, and sleeps six — so the kids have their own space to spread out.

Seven minutes on foot from the front door, three by golf cart. Greenwood is a neighborhood access — walk-up only, no parking lot — which is exactly why it stays calmer than the regional accesses near Seaside and Grayton. Bike racks, an outdoor shower for the rinse before the walk home, and unmistakably emerald water on a clear day.
And it's 100% public — unlike much of 30A's beachfront, no private-parcel restrictions, no parcel maps to check, no transitory-zone questions. Spread out and stay put.
